ふでむら大中山店の創作メニュー、うなちらし寿司は京風でさっぱりした味でした。鰻増量もありファンには最高です。また、 蕎麦粉でラーメンを創るのは想像できますが味は?こちらは少し粘りがありましたが結構美味しかったです。
The sushi rice with a variety of vegetables which are the creation menu and U in a spotted Onakayama store with bran had Kyoto-style and was the light taste. There is also eel increase and it's best for a fan. You can imagine creating Chinese noodles with buckwheat flour, but the taste? There was a stickiness, but this was a little quite good.
